Clifton School, situated in Morningside in Durban, invites applications for the following post:
PART-TIME FOUNDATION PHASE MUSIC TEACHER:
(to commence duty 1 January 2019)
The successful candidate must be an energetic, passionate individual, who has experience teaching in the Foundation Phase. The successful applicant should also be musically versatile and creative in their teaching methods and have an interest in establishing and developing the Music Department.
This position would suit someone who is teaching music part-time and would like to add some extra hours. In addition to the allocated class teaching timetable, the successful applicant will also assist with School performances, conduct and manage the FP choir, and knowledge of Bells, Recorder and Marimba Ensembles would be advantageous.
